We deal with two very different groups of people, so each is covered separately below: our customers, and the business prospects our customers reach out to.
When you create an account we process your email address, password hash, company name, website, postal address, booking link, billing records and product usage. We use it to provide the Service (contract), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to meet accounting and legal obligations. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
To run a campaign we collect and process business contact information about people at target companies: name, business email address, job title, employer, country, public professional profile links, and publicly available information about their company. We obtain it from business data providers, from the companies’ own public websites, and from email-verification services.
We process this data on behalf of the customer whose campaign targets it. That customer decides who is contacted and why, and is the controller; our role and obligations are set out in the Data Processing Agreement. The usual lawful basis relied upon by our customers is legitimate interest in business-to-business communication, which requires that the message is relevant to the recipient’s professional role and that objecting is easy.
If you received an email sent through Pipestork: every message contains a one-click unsubscribe link, which permanently stops further contact from that sender. You can also write to privacy@pipestork.com to object, request access to, or request deletion of your data — including a request to be suppressed across all senders using our platform. We will action suppression requests without undue delay and, where we act as processor, pass the request to the relevant customer.
We use AI models to summarise public business information, score whether a company matches a customer’s target profile, draft emails, and classify replies. This supports human decisions about commercial outreach; it does not produce legal or similarly significant effects for individuals. Campaigns require human approval before sending, and customers can require human approval of every reply.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share one customer’s data with another. We may disclose data if legally required, or to protect the Service against fraud and abuse.
We are established in the United Arab Emirates and our infrastructure is primarily in the EU (Frankfurt), with some sub-processors in the United States. Where personal data of people in the EEA or UK is transferred outside those areas, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact privacy@pipestork.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority; in the UAE, to the UAE Data Office.
We set a session cookie when you sign in, and a temporary identifier for anonymous demo sessions so your research survives a page reload. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, passwords are stored hashed, access to production systems is restricted, and customer data is isolated per workspace. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.
