Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It exists for a practical reason as much as a legal one: campaigns share sending infrastructure, so abuse by one account damages deliverability for everyone.

1. Who you may contact

• Business contacts, at their work address, about something relevant to their professional role.
• Not consumers at personal addresses, purchased or scraped consumer lists, or people who have previously unsubscribed from you.
• Not recipients in jurisdictions where your outreach would be unlawful. Where our systems block a country by default, you may not work around that block.

2. What you may send

You may not use the Service to send anything that:

• misrepresents who you are, who you work for, or an existing relationship;
• promotes adult content, gambling, illegal drugs or prescription pharmaceuticals, weapons, cryptocurrency or investment schemes promising returns, multi-level marketing, debt relief, or “work from home” income offers;
• contains malware, phishing, credential requests, invoices for services not rendered, or links designed to deceive;
• harasses, threatens or demeans the recipient, or targets people based on protected characteristics;
• infringes someone else’s intellectual property.

3. Volume and reputation

Sending volume, pacing and business-hours scheduling are set by the platform to protect deliverability. You may not attempt to exceed them, run the same recipients through multiple accounts, or create additional accounts to evade limits or suspensions. We may throttle or pause campaigns that generate elevated bounce or spam-complaint rates.

4. Honouring opt-outs

Every email includes an unsubscribe link and we honour it automatically and permanently. You may not remove, obscure or break that link, and you may not re-add someone who has opted out — including by uploading them again under a different campaign.

5. Enforcement

Breaches may result in campaign suspension, account termination, and forfeiture of promotional credits, at our discretion and usually without prior notice where the breach threatens shared infrastructure. Report suspected abuse to abuse@pipestork.com.
