Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pipestork (the “Service”), operated by Palmline Ventures, RAKEZ Business Zone, Al Nakheel Area, P.O. Box 10055, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. What the Service does

Pipestork researches your business, identifies companies and decision-makers who may be a fit, drafts personalised business emails, and — once you approve a campaign — sends those emails on your behalf from sending infrastructure we operate, then processes replies and books meetings.

2. Business use only

The Service is for business-to-business communication with people acting in a professional capacity. You may not use it to contact private individuals about consumer matters, and you may not upload or target lists of consumer contacts.

3. Your responsibilities

• You authorise us to send email on behalf of your business and confirm you are entitled to give that authorisation.
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of your outreach in each recipient’s jurisdiction, including any consent or legitimate-interest basis required, and for the accuracy of the business information you give us.
• You must provide a valid postal address for email footers where the law requires one, and keep it current.
• You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• You review and approve campaigns before sending. You remain responsible for the content of messages sent from your campaigns, including AI-generated text you approve or allow to be sent automatically.

4. Sending infrastructure

Emails are sent from domains and mailboxes we own and operate on your behalf, not from your own domain. You acquire no ownership of, or right to transfer, those domains or mailboxes. We may rotate, retire or replace them at any time to protect deliverability, and we may reduce or pause your sending volume if bounce or complaint rates threaten the reputation of shared infrastructure.

5. Credits, payment and refunds

• The Service is prepaid using credits. 100 credits = 1 USD. Sending an email costs 3 credits; verifying a contact costs 1 credit. Current prices are shown in-app before you spend.
• New accounts may receive promotional credits. Promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. If we terminate your account for breach, unused credits are forfeited.
• Credits are consumed when work is performed. We do not charge for emails our systems fail to deliver to the sending provider, and we reverse such charges automatically.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction; where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout.
• Purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or where we agree one in writing.

6. No guarantee of results

Outreach results depend on your market, offer and timing. We do not promise any number of replies, meetings or sales, and any figures shown in marketing material or in-app estimates are illustrative, not commitments. AI-generated research and drafts can contain errors; you are expected to review them.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if it generates abnormal complaint or bounce rates, or if required by law or by a provider we depend on. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service and everything in it except your content. You own the business information you supply and the campaign content generated for you, and you grant us the licence needed to operate the Service — to research, generate, send and store that content on your behalf. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics to improve the Service; we do not use one customer’s prospect lists or campaign content for another customer’s benefit.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, including claims relating to the content of your campaigns or the lawfulness of contacting the recipients you target.

11. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data of your prospects on your instructions, the Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights we will give notice by email or in-app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This does not deprive consumers or other parties of protections that are mandatory under the law of their own country.
